  1. Software Products

 Return and Refund Policy

-We accept returns of software within 30 days of the original purchase date, only if the software is non-working or defective.

– If you encounter technical issues with the software, please contact our support team at [email protected] / live chat for assistance. Refunds will only be considered if the issue cannot be resolved. 

– Unopened or unused software (if provided in physical form) may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the product is in its original packaging. 

Exchange Policy:

  • If the software is non-working or defective, we offer exchanges for the same or a similar product.

  • To request an exchange, follow the same return process outlined above. Once the defective software is received, we will ship the replacement product to you.

 Cancellation Policy

– Software orders can be canceled only if the cancellation request is made before the download link or license key has been issued. 

      2. Computer Hardware

 Return Policy

– You may return computer hardware within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories and documentation. 

– To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] / live chat to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. 

 Refund Policy

– Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product. 

– Refunds will not be issued for products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or missing components. 

 Cancellation Policy

Hardware orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you must follow the return process upon receipt. 

 General Terms 

– All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. 

– Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
